Pet Policy
We know there are a lot of you that love your furry friends, that's why we have enacted our friendly pet policy. (some restrictions may apply)
We will allow small dogs and cats (under 10 LBS) under the following conditions:

There may be only one pet (1 cat or 1 dog, not one of each) per apartment. NO EXCEPTIONS

We will require an additional $250.00 non-refundable deposit in addition to the regular deposit.

There will be an added pet charge per month of $40.00, in addition to the regular rental payment.

Owners are responsible for their pet and any disturbance they might cause.

Clean up of pet droppings must be done at the time of incident.

Any pet accidents in the building, apartment, or common areas (if not cleaned up by owner) will be cleaned up by management and there will be a $100.00 clean up fee assessed against the owner per occurrence.

Pets may not be left outdoors unattended (tied to a stake, railing, loose in yard)

All pets must be leashed when on premises or in common areas.

Excessive barking/disturbances caused by the pet may result in the tenants being fined or evicted.

We will not allow snakes, spiders, rodents, or other exotic pets....ONLY SMALL CATS AND DOGS ARE ALLOWABLE.
